3.2 The Casino guarantees:
- Safe and proper management of user funds;

- The storage of user funds in a separate bank account.
3.3 The Casino is not a financial institution and does not charge interest on user accounts.
3.4 Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed. If this rule is violated, the Casino may block or delete duplicate accounts, confiscate or redirect all funds to the primary account, and cancel any bonuses linked to duplicate accounts.
3.5 It is prohibited to disclose account details to third parties, sell or transfer account access, or purchase access to another account.
3.6 Transferring funds between accounts is strictly forbidden.
4.1 An account is deemed inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 consecutive months.
4.2 The Casino reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts under the following circumstances:
- If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. If attempts to contact the account holder fail, the Casino may delete the account;
- If the Casino attempts to contact the account holder of an inactive account and receives no response or payment instructions.
4.3 If your account is blocked or deleted but still has a positive balance, you must contact the Casino via email and, if necessary, provide additional information to facilitate the withdrawal of remaining funds.
4.4 The Casino may charge a monthly maintenance fee of 5 EUR (or its equivalent in another currency) for accounts deemed inactive.
4.5 Any balance remaining on an inactive account, received as cashback, will be immediately forfeited.
5.1 In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the General Terms and Conditions, and without affecting the rights of the Casino, the Casino may suspend an account while investigating a chargeback request.
5.2 Upon receiving a chargeback request, the Casino will notify the account holder via the registered email address. This notification serves to confirm the account holder’s identity and clarify the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. If the account holder fails to confirm their identity and payment method after the notification, the Casino will send two additional notifications to the registered email. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the refund amount for each notification sent.
5.3 If an account is blocked during the chargeback process and the user:
- Has not logged into their account for six consecutive months,
- Has not confirmed their identity, payment method, or provided details for returning unused funds,
- The Casino reserves the right to debit the remaining funds from the inactive account in its favor.
6.1 Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts, including participation in games. The Website and Games are provided "as is," with no warranties, whether express or implied.
6.2 The Company, along with its directors, employees, partners, and service providers, makes no warranties regarding:
- The software or Website meeting your needs or being suitable for any specific purpose;
- The software and Website being free of errors;
- Uninterrupted or flawless access to the Website and Games;
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
